Frame Tool
The Frame Tool creates frames on TheView. Its purpose is visual only.

Use the Text property to specify the inline text. The Font, Alignment, and ForeColor properties can be used change the appearance of the inline text. If the BorderStyle is set to an option other than 3D, you can use the BorderWidth and HiliteColor properties to change the appearance of the frame.
